I have been paddling canoes and kayaks for 35 years and my wife Yvonne has been paddling for 30 years. We have paddled in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Michigan, Texas and the Caribbean.
In March of 2003 we lost our 26 year old daughter and decided to have an annual river regatta in her memory. We just held Jodi’s 3rd Annual Great Jaws River Regatta on June 11th on the Iowa River.
I have amassed a large number and variety of canoes and kayaks for the annual regatta and decided to start our rental business so others may enjoy our boats more than once a year.
We have over 30 boats on hand, including solo kayaks in a variety of lengths, tandem kayaks and canoes. We even have a nice aluminum paddle boat for the lakes.
We rent our boats spring, summer and fall, so come enjoy some of Iowa’s scenic waterways in one of our boats.
